A source is one place your reviews come from: a Facebook Page today, and a Google Business Profile, a Trustpilot profile or an app store listing as they connect. Connect it once and its reviews arrive in your feed from that moment on.
What you need: an account with full control of the Page you are connecting. A partial role hands back access that can read but cannot reply, which shows up later as replies that fail.
Add a source
- Open Sources in the sidebar.
- Press Add source.
- Pick the review site you are connecting.

Facebook connects today. Google, Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play and Custom carry a Coming soon label: their tiles are there so you can see what is on the way, and they cannot be connected yet. See Review sites and what each allows.
Connect a Facebook Page
One Facebook login covers every Page you manage, and you tick the Pages this location should collect reviews from.
Facebook offers that login in 2 shapes, and we ask which one you want before sending you over:
- Continue with a Business portfolio is the recommended one. You pick the portfolio that owns the Page, and the access never expires.
- Use my personal Facebook login is there for a Page you manage without a portfolio. It works the same way, except that Facebook gives it about 60 days, so we ask you to sign in again roughly every 2 months.
The sign-in choice between a Business portfolio and a personal Facebook login.
After the sign-in, tick the Pages you want and confirm. A Page already connected to another location says so and cannot be ticked twice.
Which location a source belongs to
Every source belongs to exactly one location. A new source lands on the location you are working in, so there is nothing to choose. See Locations.
What arrives
New reviews arrive as the site reports them, usually within seconds for Facebook. When you connect a Facebook Page we also collect its recent recommendations, so the feed does not start empty. Older reviews stay on the site.
Facebook reviews are recommendations: a yes or no with text, and no stars. They show Recommends or Doesn't recommend on the card, and a rating filter leaves them out.
Health
Access is not permanent. Facebook expires it on its own schedule and a password change ends it at once. Each card carries a health badge: Healthy, Access expiring soon or Access lost, with a sentence saying what happened. See When access is lost.

We never post on your behalf
Connecting a source does not let ReviewComet post anything on its own. A reply goes out only when a person sends or approves it, or when an AI agent or a rule you switched on is allowed to post it. Each source carries an Automated replies switch to stop automation replying there. See Pause automated replies for a source.
What this costs
Connecting, reconnecting and disconnecting are free, and so is every review that arrives afterward. See What uses your credits, under Billing.
