Invite your team

Invite someone by email, choose their role and which locations they reach, and know what happens if the invitation is never accepted.

Last updated October 14, 2026

People you invite get their own sign-in. Nobody ever needs your Facebook login or your password for any review site, which is the whole point of adding them here rather than sharing an account.

What you need: the Team tab in Settings, and a role that can invite. Owners and administrators can; managers and moderators cannot.

Sending an invitation

  1. Open Settings, then the Team tab, and press Invite member.
  2. Fill in Name and Work email. The name is what the rest of the team sees on assignments and in insights.
  3. Pick a Role. Administrator, Manager and Moderator are the three you can hand out. Owner is not on the list: there is one per location and it moves by transfer, not by invitation.
  4. Read the summary under the role. It lists what that role can and cannot do, and it updates as you change the selection, so you can compare 2 roles before you commit.
  5. Pick the locations they work on. A manager or moderator with no locations picked reaches none, so tick at least 1. Administrators always reach every location. See Locations.
  6. Press Send invite.

What the invitation looks like

They get an email with a link that lets them set their own password. You never see it, and you never have to send one.

The link is good for 7 days. Until they use it, their row shows an amber Invited badge with when it was sent, and they count in the Pending invites tile above the table rather than in Active members.

If it is never accepted

Nothing breaks. An unaccepted invitation is inert: it grants no access, and it expires quietly after 7 days.

To try again, open the row menu and choose Resend invite. That sends a fresh email and stops the previous link working, so tell them to use the newest one. If they have changed jobs or you picked the wrong address, remove the row and invite the right person instead.

Changing someone later

Edit role and access on the row menu opens the same 2 decisions you made when inviting: the role, and which locations they can see. Changes apply the next time they load a page rather than mid-click, so nobody loses work they had open.

The owner row cannot be edited here. To move ownership, use the Danger zone tab.

Removing someone

Remove from location ends their access immediately, in every browser they are signed in on.

  • Reviews they were assigned go back to unassigned, so nothing sits owned by somebody who is gone.
  • Nothing they did is undone. Replies they posted stay posted.
  • The owner cannot be removed. Hand the location over first, then remove the account.

Reading the roster

The table above the role cards is the whole picture: who is in the location, their role, which locations they reach, how many reviews are assigned to them right now, and when they were last seen.

The 3 tiles at the top summarize it: Active members, Pending invites, and the number of open reviews owned by a named person rather than sitting in the pile.

Inviting people is free, and so is everything they do by hand. Only automated work counts against your credits: a rule action is 1 credit and an AI reply costs more, however many people are in the location.
