The 7 day trial

What the trial includes, how to keep going after day seven, what happens without a card, and how to pick which plan it turns into.

Every new account starts on a 7 day trial with everything switched on. You do not need a credit card to start it.

What the trial includes

Every feature, on every screen: the reviews feed, approvals, automation rules, AI agents, insights, client reports and team members. Nothing is held back to be sold to you later.

It also carries a batch of trial credits, so the automation genuinely runs rather than sitting there as a description. Reading reviews and answering them by hand are free and unlimited during the trial exactly as they are afterward.

A line across the top counts the days down and names the 3 things worth doing first: connect a source, answer your first review, and create your first rule. It ticks each one off as you do it, and once all 3 are done it collapses to the countdown. You can dismiss it for the session.

1 trial per asset

A trial is once per Facebook Page. If you try to connect an asset that already ran a trial on a different account, the picker marks the row and offers Request an exception, which reaches a person who looks at it by hand and emails you either way, usually within a few hours on a working day.

A weaker signal, such as a signup that shares an address with a finished trial, connects normally and is flagged for review rather than refused. You are not stopped, and we look before the trial converts.

What happens on day 7

Nothing is charged while the trial runs. 2 days before it ends we email you a warning, so the end is never a surprise.

To continue, add a card during the trial. Use Add a card on the trial bar or in Settings and billing. Your card is then charged when the trial ends, for whichever plan you are on, and nothing stops or has to be rebuilt. If the trial ends within 2 days when you add the card, the plan starts and is charged straight away.

Without a card, the plan expires when the trial does. Automation stops: rules stop acting and agents stop replying. A line across the top says so, and it cannot be dismissed, because it is the reason nothing is happening. Your data and settings stay, and picking a plan starts everything again.

Canceling the trial yourself has the same effect at once, and nothing is ever charged for a trial you canceled.

Paid screens stay where they are rather than disappearing from the navigation. Open AI agents on an account whose trial ended and you see the screen you had for a week, dimmed, with a card in front of it saying what it does and what it costs.

What is kept

Everything you built. Connected sources, locations, rules, agents, saved replies, team members and every review already collected stay exactly as they are.

Reviews carry on arriving and are stored, so the feed is still readable and still fills. What is gone is the automation acting on them, not the record of them.

Picking a plan

3 plans, Solo-Pro, Agency and Whitelabel, all with unlimited reviews and team members. See Plans and what each includes for what each one carries.

The trial starts on Solo-Pro. Pick another from Settings and billing any time before day 7, and that is the one your card is charged for when the trial ends. Moving between plans does not shorten the trial.

If you added a card and do nothing, the trial converts on its own and the location carries on without a pause. If it ended without a card, or you canceled, and you want back in, pick a plan and the rules you wrote start firing again on the next review that matches, without anything being reconstructed.
