Official APIs only
We connect through each review site's official API, with the permissions each site reviews. Nothing is scraped and nobody shares a password.
Fair by default
Every customer gets the same review link, whatever they think. No gating, no rewards for reviews, and widgets that say how they pick what they show.
People decide
We never reply on your behalf unless an agent or a rule you switched on says so, and every automated reply names the agent or rule that sent it.
One meter, in plain sight
Team members and reviews are unlimited, and locations are unlimited on Agency and Whitelabel. Credits are the only meter, and we warn you in the app and by email at 90%.
Every language your audience writes in
Reviews are read in any language, and replies go back in the language the review was written in.
