Insights answers 3 questions about a period you pick: what came in, how fast anyone answered, and how much your automation handled on its own.
What you need: at least one connected source. Until then the screen asks you to connect one, because every number here is built from reviews as they arrive.
Setting the scope
2 controls sit above the numbers. The source picker starts on all of them and narrows every tile and chart to one source. Date range offers Last 7 days, Last 30 days and Last 90 days.
Each tile carries a trend against the previous window of the same length, labeled "vs the previous 30 days". At the longest range there is no earlier window to compare against, so the trend chips drop out rather than showing a number nothing supports.

The tiles worth watching
- Total reviews is everything collected from the sources in scope. Collecting is unlimited, so this is the whole count.
- Avg response time runs from a review landing to the first reply going out. Customers read how quickly a business answers, and so do the sites.
- Replies sent counts rules, AI agents and your team together.
- Automated is the share of actions a rule or an agent took with nobody watching.
The charts
Review volume shows how many reviews came in each day. A spike usually has a cause worth knowing: a busy weekend, a campaign, or a burst your suspicious rule should have caught.
Sentiment trend plots Positive, Neutral and Negative as a share of each day's reviews, so a busy day does not read as a mood swing.
Replies by source is a donut of rules, AI agents and your team, with the total in the middle. It is the fastest way to see how much of the answering a person is still doing.
Every chart has a Show the numbers toggle under it that opens the same data as a table. Use it when you want a figure rather than a shape, and when you are reading the screen with a screen reader.

Questions to bring to it
- Is the average response time going down? If not, look at who holds the unanswered reviews, in Team and automation performance.
- Is negative sentiment climbing at one source? Narrow the scope to that source and read its 1- to 3-star reviews in the feed.
- Is a person still writing most replies? An agent in draft mode can take the first draft off their hands.
Getting the numbers out
Insights itself has no whole-screen CSV export. Export the reviews from the feed instead: the file follows the tab, site, filters and search on screen. The export guide has the steps. Exports cap at 50,000 reviews, so narrow the filters if your view is bigger than that.
The report button
The button at the top right opens the written report. Its name depends on who you are: Monthly report on your own account, Your report where somebody manages the location for you, and Client report when you manage it for somebody else. The document reads like a result rather than a dashboard, and Print or save as PDF keeps a copy. Where the report is not part of the plan, the button is not there.
What this costs
Nothing on this screen. Reading insights, exporting a CSV and opening the report are free. Only automated work counts against your credits, and the numbers here keep updating whatever is left of them.
