Your profile is 4 small things: who you are to your team, where we email you, what the app looks like to you, and what language it speaks.
Open it from Settings, or from Profile settings in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

Name and email
Name is what the rest of the location sees. It appears on the replies you send, on the reviews assigned to you, in the activity log and in team performance figures, so a name a colleague would recognize is more useful than a handle.
Email is where everything from us lands: notifications, threshold alerts, the daily digest and invoices. Change it here and the confirmation names the new address, so you can see at a glance where those are going now.
The card saves itself a moment after you change either, and the line beside the heading says so. Neither field changes how you sign in with Google, Microsoft or Facebook, and neither is ever shown to your reviewers.

Your photo
Upload photo puts a picture on your avatar, in the sidebar, on the rows you have handled and anywhere else your name appears to the team. Square images look best, since the avatar is a circle.
Remove photo puts you back to your initials everywhere. There is no third state: a person either has a picture or has initials.
A photo is worth adding on a location with more than one person answering reviews. Telling 2 people's replies apart at a glance is most of what it is for.
Language
Where the language picker is offered, it sets the language of the product's own words: the navigation, the buttons, the settings screens.
That is a different thing from the translation settings, which are about the language your customers write in and the language you answer them in. Changing your interface language does not change what a reviewer receives.
The picker is not always there. Whoever runs this app can set one language for everybody, in which case there is nothing to choose and the card is not shown.
Appearance
ReviewComet follows your operating system theme by default. The toggle at the bottom of the sidebar overrides that for the browser you are in, so an account used from 2 desks can be light on one and dark on the other. There is nothing to save: the choice applies immediately and stays in that browser.
What other people can see
- Your name and photo: everybody in the location, on everything you touch.
- Your email address: people who administer the location. It is how invitations, assignment and account admin work.
- Your password, your theme and your language: nobody but you. The theme in particular is per browser rather than per account, so it is not a setting anyone else can be affected by.
Nothing on this screen is ever visible to your reviewers. A reply carries the name of the business it was posted from, never the person behind it.
