Locations is the first screen you land on after signing in. It lists every location on your account, one card each, so you can see what is waiting in all of them before you go into any of them.
You reach it any time from Locations at the top of the left rail, or from All locations inside the location switcher underneath it.
What a card tells you
Each card is one location, and reads the same way in every one of them.
- The name and the source row. One glyph per review site with the number of sources connected on it, and the total beside them. A location with nothing connected says so here.
- Reviews. Reviews waiting for somebody, the same number the Reviews nav badge carries when you are inside that location.
- Approvals. Reply drafts waiting for a yes or a no.
- Automation. Running, paused or not set up, with how many rules and agents are switched on underneath it.
- The credit bar. What share of this month's credits that location has spent. The credits belongs to the account, not to one location, so the shares on the cards add up to the one number on your billing screen.

Opening one
Open takes you into that location and points the whole app at it: the reviews, the rules, the sources and the team all change with it. The card you are currently inside is marked "You are here".
When a card asks for something
A card only carries a warning when there is something to do about it, and the action sits on the same row.
- Lost access to a source. Reviews from it stopped arriving. Reconnect opens that location on Sources, where you sign in again.
- Access expires soon. Refresh access does the same before anything stops.
- No sources connected yet. Set up opens the location on Sources and walks you through connecting the first one.
- Automation paused. The account has used its whole credits for the cycle, so nothing acts on its own any more. Reviews keep arriving and you can answer them by hand for nothing, and the action on the row takes you to billing where you can raise the credits. Where you buy through a provider, their cap stops automation the same way and raising it is their decision.

Your first location
A new account has one location and nothing in it, so the screen shows what to do next instead of a card of zeroes. Set up your location opens Sources, where the first step is listed: connect a source and watch the first reviews land.
Adding another
Add location opens one for another brand or branch. See Locations and the settings tabs for when a second one is the right answer. Your subscription covers every location you own, and they all draw on the same monthly credits.
If your account is set up by a provider, they open locations for you and the create option is not on your screen. Ask them and it appears here.
