A pack is a one-off purchase of extra credits. It goes on top of what your plan already includes rather than replacing it, and it is the way through a month where the automation did more than the plan covers.
What you need: you have to own the account, and there has to be a card on it. Packs are charged to the same card as your subscription.
Buying one
- Open Settings > Billing on a Solo-Pro account, or Client billing > Overview in the agency panel.
- Scroll to the packs and pick the size you want.
- Read the summary in the dialog: the credits, the rate per 1,000, where your credit pool lands afterward, and the total today.
- Press the pay button.

3 sizes are on offer: 50,000 for $99, 250,000 for $449 and 1,000,000 for $1,599. The bigger the pack, the cheaper the credit, and each card prints its own rate per 1,000 so the comparison needs no arithmetic.

What happens after the payment clears
The credits land in your credit pool immediately and the meter widens on the spot. If automation was paused because the pool was empty, it resumes on the next review. Nothing is retried and nothing is backfilled.
A pack does not reset with your cycle. It sits above the monthly credits and stays available for 12 months, so buying one late in a quiet month wastes nothing.
Auto top-up
An agency account can buy the next pack automatically instead of watching the balance. On Client billing > Overview, turn on Top up automatically and pick a threshold: 5,000, 10,000, 25,000 or 50,000 credits (10,000 unless you change it). The balance is checked every hour, and when it is under the threshold another pack is bought and the credit pool refills, so no client's automation stalls overnight. Top-ups are at least 60 minutes apart, with at most 3 in one billing cycle.
A client can have its own automatic top-up too, set from the client's billing drawer, with thresholds of 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 credits (2,500 unless you change it) and the same 60-minute gap and limit of 3 per cycle.

The Monthly commit on the same screen is the other half of that. A commit refills the credit pool on the first day of every cycle and fixes the rate you pay on every extra credit. Changing it takes effect at the next cycle rollover, never mid-cycle.
What to know before you buy
- Packs are non-refundable. This is the one place the policy has no exception: only a first monthly subscription payment has a refund window.
- A pack raises the credit pool for the whole account. Every location on it draws from the same pool.
- If you are buying a pack most months, the plan below the pack is the cheaper fix. Compare the pack price against the difference between plans before you buy the third one.
- An agency buying for a client is buying into the shared credit pool. The client's own allocation is set separately, on Client billing > Allocation.
