- Connect a source
Add a review source to a location: connect a Facebook Page today, see which sites are coming soon, and understand what the sign-in covers.
- Review sites and what each allows
Which review sites connect today, which are coming soon, and on which ones a reply is posted for you or copied for you to paste.
- When access is lost
The 3 health states of a source, what the error on the card means, the Refresh access flow step by step, and what happens to the reviews from the gap.
- Pause automated replies for a source
Turn off rule and agent replies on one source without stopping reviews from arriving or anything else.
- Disconnect a source
What disconnecting stops, how long the reviews you collected are kept, how reconnecting works, and when deleting the history is the better call.
