A client is an account you bill. Everything you decide about them is decided once for the account, and the locations underneath are how their brands are kept apart.
What you need: an owner or staff account on the agency panel. Only the owner sees prices and the credit pool.
Adding one
- Open Clients in the panel sidebar, then press Add client.
- Give the client a name. Your team sees it here, and the client sees it inside their location.
- Add their email. The invitation goes to that address, and it is the person who signs in and pays, so a client cannot be created without one.
- Pick a Plan. It sets their price, their allocation and which screens they get in one choice. Pick "Custom, priced by hand" for a client who predates your catalog.
- Check the Initial credit allocation and the Retail price. Both are prefilled from the plan, and typing over either makes it a per-client exception that stays one.
- Press Add client and send invite. The client, their first location and the invitation are all made in one press.

The account starts with one location of the same name, on trial, so nothing bills until you connect their first source and switch them to active. The next step is always the same: connect a Facebook Page inside the location, because until then there is nothing to moderate.
The cap, and what it does
The allocation is the cap on automated work for the whole account each cycle, shared across all of that client's locations.
The cap is a hard stop. A client who reaches it has their automation paused until you raise the cap or the cycle resets. Their reviews feed keeps filling and their team can still answer by hand, so nothing is lost while you decide. The drawer chip reads Automation paused: cap reached, and the answer is to raise the cap, buy a pack, or raise their retail price.
The Clients table meters every account against its cap, and the panel Dashboard names anyone over 80% before the cycle resets, both in its alerts and in its Needs attention list.
Managing a client afterward
Open the row for the manage drawer. It carries the whole account in one place:
- what this cycle cost: reviews processed, agent replies, automated checks, credits used and what those credits cost you;
- the locations on the account, each with its own meter, read-only here;
- the plan, the cap and the retail price;
- the feature mix, with per-client exceptions;
- what the client may do about billing;
- client access, and the suspend switch.

More than one location
A client with several brands can own several locations. Each keeps its own sources, rules, team and reviews feed, and they share one price, one cap and one answer about access.
To add one, open the client's Manage drawer and press Add location in the list of locations on the account. It asks for a name and nothing else: the new location starts on the same plan, the same features and the same access as the ones they already have, and nobody is emailed, because the client already signs in. Set its credit allocation in the drawer afterwards, since a location with no credits runs nothing.
Keeping clients apart
A client sees their own location name and nothing else: no switcher listing other clients, no aggregate numbers, no sign that other accounts exist. Your own staff see across clients only where you let them, which is set on Team.
Suspending
Suspend client in the drawer stops ingestion across their locations, pauses billing and locks the client out. Nothing is deleted, unanswered reviews stay in the queue, and reactivating resumes automation on the next poll and restarts billing at their retail price.
