A client is an account
Their price, their credit allocation, what they may do about billing and whether they can sign in at all are decided once, here, for the whole account.
Agency adds the level above the product: client accounts, the locations under them, the credits behind the AI and the requests, and the prices you charge for it. Everything in Solo-Pro is already switched on.

3 levels, and they are the thing worth getting straight first. Price and access are decided once per client. Everything a single business needs is kept inside its own location.
Their price, their credit allocation, what they may do about billing and whether they can sign in at all are decided once, here, for the whole account.
Each one holds its own review sites, rules, saved replies, team and inbox. A client with several businesses can own several locations, and they share a single price and a single allocation.
Each location connects its own review sites. Facebook connects today; Google, Trustpilot, App Store, and Google Play are coming soon.
The locations are where reviews are read and answered. The panel is where you decide who your clients are, what they pay you and how much automated work they get.
The alerts worth acting on today, each carrying the button that answers it: a location over its allocation, a location past 80%, a review site that lost its connection. Under them sit the totals for the whole account, the clients that need a decision, what your clients are paying you this cycle, and the last few changes your staff made.
Every client account with the locations it owns, the credits it uses and the price it pays you. Open a row for the manage drawer, or drop straight into the location and answer their reviews yourself.
What this cycle cost, one client at a time: new reviews, AI replies, requests sent, credits used and what those credits cost you. View insights and Build report lead the manage drawer rather than hiding at the bottom of it.
The trail of changes made to the account, so a price or an allocation that moved has a name and a time against it.
The credit pool, the cap per client, your retail prices, your Stripe connection and the ledger, across the 4 rails of a single screen.
Your own staff, and which client locations each of them may enter. Their row names the locations, so the table answers what a person can reach without opening anything.
The provisioning API: agency keys scoped to a location allowlist, the events we post out to you, and the webhook that turns one of your own sales into a client location.
You buy credits from us once and spend them across every client you run. A credit goes when something is done for a client: an AI reply, a review request, a rule action. Working the inbox by hand is FREE, however much of it your team does.
Your clients never meet our plans. They meet yours: your names, your prices, and the set of screens each price opens.
A name the client recognizes, a monthly price, included monthly credits drawn from your credit pool, and a feature mix: which optional screens that price opens. The inbox and the billing screen are always on, because a client who can see neither has nothing to sign in for.
We bill you for credits and nothing else: no revenue share, no per-seat fee. Each plan card prints what it costs you at full use and what is left of your price, so you price for the worst month rather than the average one.
Client checkout, subscriptions, invoices and portal sessions are all created on your own Stripe account, so your name is on the statement. We hold a Connect token for it and nothing else: no secret keys, no balance, no way to move money out.
Sell credit packs on at a margin you set, price a single client by hand as a labeled exception, or archive a plan without moving anybody off it.
Client access is a switch rather than an assumption. Plenty of agencies run every account themselves and send a report each month. Plenty of others hand the reviews inbox to the client's own team. You can move between the 2 without touching anything else.
Add an email, pick what they pay, and send. They get an invite link, set their own password, and land in their own location: no switcher listing other clients, no link up to your panel, no aggregate numbers, and no sign that a level above them exists.
See their billing, update the payment method, switch plans, buy credit packs, cancel on their own. The recommended set is everything except canceling, and that is what a new client starts with until you change the default.
Invite a person once instead of adding them to 6 locations by hand. Staff open the locations you tick and never see prices, margins or the credit pool. Only the owner does.
Or skip the panel entirely: the provisioning API opens a client location from your own system, with an agency key scoped to the locations you allow it to reach.
It does not take our name off the product. Your clients sign in on our address and read ReviewComet in the app and in the emails we send them. Taking that away is what the Whitelabel plan is for.
