15 minutes is enough to have every new review land in one place, answer the first few, and set up automation that you trust because you have read what it does.
The setup bar across the top of the app with its steps and the trial countdown.
Minutes 1 to 3: connect a source
- Open Sources and press Add source.
- Pick Facebook and sign in. Choose Continue with a Business portfolio if your Page has one: its access never expires.
- Tick the Pages this location should collect reviews from.
New reviews arrive from now on. Reviews from before the connection are not collected, so the feed may start empty. See Connect a source.
Minutes 4 to 6: answer your first reviews
Open Reviews. When the first reviews arrive:
- Press Reply on a review.
- Write a short, specific answer, or pick an agent under Draft with and read what it writes.
- Press Post on Facebook.
A 5-star review with the composer open and a short thank-you typed.
A good first reply names something specific from the review. "Glad you liked the new terrace" beats "Thanks for your review".
Minutes 7 to 10: one rule
Open Automation, stay on Rules, and press Create rule.
- When: Rating is at or below, 2 stars.
- Then: Flag for your team, then Assign to a team member.
- Press Run backtest to see what it would have caught, then save it.
Every low rating now lands in front of the right person, flagged. See Rules worth starting with for 4 more.
Minutes 11 to 15: one agent, in draft mode
Switch to the Agents tab and press Create agent.
- Pick a persona, such as Support specialist.
- On Instructions, say who it speaks for, what it must never promise, and how long a reply should be.
- On Knowledge, replace the starter answers with your own: opening hours, booking, refunds.
- Leave the mode on Draft for review, and save.
From now on, it writes a draft for new reviews and posts nothing on its own. 1- and 2-star reviews wait in Approvals.
Tomorrow
- Open Reviews and read the agent's drafts. Send the good ones, fix the knowledge behind the bad ones.
- Open Approvals and clear what is waiting.
- Check that your rule flagged what it should have.
After a week of drafts you sent unchanged, switch the agent to Auto-reply with automatic posting at 5 stars. See Rating bands.
What this costs
Connecting and answering by hand are free. The rule spends 1 credit per action when it fires. Each agent draft costs credits, shown under the draft. Your trial carries credits for all of it.
