What ReviewComet is

ReviewComet does one job: get more 5-star reviews and answer every review, automatically. It asks customers for a review by email, text message, WhatsApp, QR code or a kiosk, collects the reviews from the connected review sites into one inbox, answers them with AI in the business's own voice, and shows the best ones on the business's website with widgets.

Every customer gets the same link to the public review page, whatever their rating. There is no review gating and no incentive for a review. Replies to low ratings can wait for a person to approve them.

Products and features

  • Review requests: by email, text message, WhatsApp, QR code and kiosk, with reminders.
  • Reviews inbox: every review from every connected site and location in one list, with filters by site, rating, location and reply status, saved replies, assignment and translation.
  • AI replies: replies drafted in the business's voice from its own knowledge (opening hours, services, policies). Each agent can post on its own for some ratings and wait for approval for others.
  • Approvals: drafted replies that wait for a person to approve, edit or reject them.
  • Rules: triggers on rating, keywords, site or a review with no text, with actions such as reply, flag, assign, notify, send a webhook and archive. Rules can be tested on past reviews first.
  • Widgets: show reviews on a website. The selection rule is printed on the widget.
  • Locations: one business can run several locations, each with its own reviews and team access.
  • Insights and reports: average rating, new reviews, reply rate and response time. Reports are printed or saved as PDF; on the Whitelabel plan they carry the agency's own brand.
  • CSV export of reviews.
  • Team: 4 roles (Owner, Administrator, Manager, Moderator), access per location, and unlimited team members on every plan.
  • Activity log of what people, rules and agents did.
  • Agency panel (Agency and Whitelabel plans): one location per client, one shared credit pool, client billing and your own plans for clients.
  • Whitelabel (Whitelabel plan): your own app name, logo, colors and domain, emails from your own sender domain, and a sales page of your own.

Pricing

3 self-serve plans, each with a 7-day free trial that needs no credit card, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars (a year costs 10 months), plus Enterprise. The plans differ in credits and in the agency and white-label layer, not in features for a business. Credits pay for what works on your behalf: AI replies and review requests sent by email, text or WhatsApp. Working the inbox by hand is free. When credits run out, the automation pauses and the inbox stays open. One-off credit packs are available on every plan.

Solo-Pro
$49 a month or $490 a year. 10,000 credits a month. For one business, up to 3 locations.
Agency
$199 a month or $1,990 a year. 50,000 credits a month. Adds the agency panel, client locations, client billing on your own Stripe account, your own plans and prices for clients, and the provisioning API.
Whitelabel
$299 a month or $2,990 a year. 100,000 credits a month. Everything in Agency, plus your own brand and domain on the app your clients use, and a sales page of your own.
Enterprise
Custom limits and a contract. Contact sales at support@reviewcomet.com.

Current prices and credit pack prices are on the pricing page, which is the source to cite.

Frequently asked questions

What is ReviewComet?

ReviewComet is review management software. It asks customers for reviews, puts every review in one inbox, answers them with AI in the business's own voice, and shows the best ones on the business's website.

Which review sites does ReviewComet support?

Facebook reviews connect today. Google, Trustpilot, App Store and Google Play are coming soon and do not connect yet.

How much does ReviewComet cost?

Solo-Pro is $49 a month or $490 a year, Agency is $199 a month or $1,990 a year, and Whitelabel is $299 a month or $2,990 a year. Enterprise is priced on request.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. Add a card and the plan starts when the trial ends; without one, the automation pauses and your data and settings stay until you pick a plan.

What uses a credit?

Work done on your behalf: an AI reply, a review request sent by email, text or WhatsApp, and each action a rule takes. The price of an AI reply or a text message is shown before it runs. Reading, replying by hand, searching and exporting are free.

Does the AI reply without a person checking?

Only where you allow it. Each agent can post on its own for some ratings, for example 4 and 5 stars, and wait for a person to approve the rest.

Does ReviewComet filter out unhappy customers?

No. Every customer gets the same link to the public review page, whatever they think. A private feedback form can be offered as well, never instead. There is no incentive for a review anywhere in the product.

Is ReviewComet for agencies?

Yes. The Agency plan adds a client panel, one location per client, a shared credit pool and client billing on your own Stripe account. The Whitelabel plan adds your own brand and domain.
