Reviews are how customers choose. We help every business get them and answer them.

ReviewComet exists because reviews decide where people eat, shop and book, and most businesses have no time to ask for them or answer them. We do the asking and the drafting, and the business stays in control of what goes out in its name.

Reviews are where trust is won or lost

Local businesses, online stores and the agencies that serve them hit the same wall. Reviews decide the next customer, and the work around them never gets done.

  • Happy customers stay quiet

Most people who loved the visit never think to write about it. The unhappy ones do. Without asking, your rating tells half the story.

  • Reviews are scattered

Facebook, Google, Trustpilot and the app stores each keep their own reviews, behind their own logins, at every location.

  • Reviews go unanswered

A review with no reply looks like nobody is listening. Writing good replies takes time a busy owner does not have.

  • One bad review sets the tone

A 1-star review that sits unanswered is read by every new customer, long before anyone on your team has seen it.

Multiply that by every location and every client an agency runs, and review management becomes a job nobody has time for.

  1. Every feature on every plan

Nothing a business needs is held back for a bigger plan. The plans differ in credits and in the agency layer, not in features.

  2. Credits only when work is done for you

A credit is spent when something is done on your behalf: an AI reply, a review request, a rule action. You pay for work done, and for nothing else.

  3. Working by hand is FREE

Reading, replying and assigning never cost a credit, however much of it your team does. Seats are unlimited too.

We connect through each review site's official API, with the permissions each site reviews. Nothing is scraped and nobody shares a password.

  • Fair by default

Every customer gets the same review link, whatever they think. No gating, no rewards for reviews, and widgets that say how they pick what they show.

  • Quem decide são as pessoas

We never reply on your behalf unless an agent or a rule you switched on says so, and every automated reply names the agent or rule that sent it.

  • Um só contador, à vista

Team members and reviews are unlimited, and locations are unlimited on Agency and Whitelabel. Credits are the only meter, and we warn you in the app and by email at 90%.

Reviews are read in any language, and replies go back in the language the review was written in.
