Why reviews go unanswered, and what ReviewComet does about it

  • Reviews are spread across sites nobody checks every day.

One inbox. Every review lands in one list, with what still needs a reply on top.

  • Writing replies takes time you do not have.

AI drafts. A reply in your voice is ready when you open the review.

  • The hard ones need a person, and they wait the longest.

Freigaben. Low ratings get a careful draft that waits for you to approve or edit it.

  • Reviews come in other languages.

Übersetzung. Read each review in your language. The reply goes back in theirs.

Set up in 3 steps

Start with everything on approval, then loosen it.

  1. Connect your Facebook Page

Your reviews land in the inbox. Google, Trustpilot, App Store und Google Play are coming soon.

  2. Teach the AI your business

Add your facts and pick a tone. Try it in the Playground first.

  3. Pick what goes out on its own

For example, 4 and 5 stars on their own, the rest on approval.

Was es kostet

Working your reviews by hand is FREE. Credits pay for AI replies, review requests by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and rule actions. The app shows the price before anything runs.

Gut zu wissen

  • Facebook is the one review site that connects today. Google, Trustpilot, App Store und Google Play are coming soon.
  • Replies on Facebook are posted as your Page. Each site that joins later says how replies work there.
  • An AI reply is held for a person when it looks off, instead of posted.

Fragen zum Antworten

Should I reply to good reviews too?
Yes. A short thank-you shows every reader that the business pays attention.
Will the AI post without me?
Only for the ratings you allow. The rest wait in Approvals.
Can my team share the work?
Yes. Assign reviews to people and give each person their own locations.
What does an AI reply cost?
It depends on the reply: a thank-you costs less than a careful answer. The app shows the price before you switch it on.
Can I reply by hand?
Always, and it is FREE.
