Questions about review requests

Can I ask only my happy customers?
No, and that protects you. The review sites forbid asking only happy customers. ReviewComet sends every customer the same link to your public review page.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Rewards for reviews break the rules of the review sites and the law in many countries, so there is no field for one.
Which review page does the link open?
The one you choose for each location, such as your Facebook reviews. The other sites can be picked as they become available.
Do customers need to agree to get a text?
Yes. Send texts and WhatsApp messages only to customers who agreed to hear from you. Every message carries a way to opt out.
